Review: A Wallflower Christmas by Lisa Kleypas

Although I haven't read all of the books from this series, it was fun to see the reunions of the Wallflowers and I look forward to filling in the gaps. I have really enjoyed Lisa Kleypas but was disappointed in this holiday book. The storyline itself was quite slim and lacking in places. It reminds me of when I read a Janet Evanovich holiday-themed book several years ago. The authors appear to have just "phoned it in." When you consider this was a thin, hardback book, it's frustrating. Luckily, I was given this as a gift--thanks again, Kristen!!

Hannah and Rafe are likable enough characters but they deserved more. Things were wrapped up a bit too neatly for everyone, too, even for a romance! It wasn't a terrible book by any means but I expect more from this wonderful author.
